Tips For Packing Homemade Snacks for Kids

  • Use the Right Containers – This makes or breaks packing homemade snacks that are fun for kids! I like using reusable silicone bags (opens in a new tab) or snack boxes. (opens in a new tab)
  • Easy-to-Pack Snacks – When it comes to packing snacks for my kids, I tend to keep the messy ones for home and choose the easier ones to pack for school. Crackers with peanut butter can be turned into sandwiches to keep the peanut butter from getting anywhere, chopped veggies and fruit are easier to grab, and muffins can be easily put into bags!
  • Keep Things Cool – Don’t forget to add ice packs to your snack bags or lunchboxes to keep produce and cold snacks cool!

Could you make a list for school snacks, healthy and for picky eaters. I have triplets and they all refuse to eat oats, muesli and nuts! I know ideally this isn’t easy but if you could and notify me it would seriously help me out!
