Common Questions
What ingredient makes popsicles soft?
Using ingredients like fruit puree, yogurt, or natural sugar (like honey) helps keep popsicles soft. These ingredients lower the freezing point and create a smoother texture, so they’re not rock-hard when frozen!
How do you keep popsicles frozen without dry ice?
To keep popsicles frozen without dry ice, store them in an insulated cooler with plenty of ice packs. Wrapping them in foil or a towel can also help insulate them and keep them cold longer.
How long do you leave homemade popsicles in the freezer?
Homemade popsicles need at least 4-6 hours in the freezer to fully set. For the best results, leave them overnight to ensure they’re completely frozen and easy to remove from the molds. After you remove them from the molds, place them in an airtight container and store them for up to 2-3 months!

Peach Popsicles Ingredients
One of the great things about this recipe is that it only requires 4 simple ingredients: ripe peaches, vanilla whole milk yogurt, almond milk, and honey!

Substitutions: This recipe is pretty flexible! If you don’t have vanilla whole milk yogurt on hand, any type of yogurt will work. However, whole milk yogurt tends to have the creamiest texture for popsicles! You can also use any type of milk in this recipe and sub honey for agave (opens in a new tab) or maple syrup.
Add-ins: Want to take this recipe to the next level? Add granola, shredded coconut, (opens in a new tab) crushed walnuts, or anything else that sounds good to the bottom of the popsicle molds! Another option is to add in leftover peach slices.
