could i sub the raw sugar for maple syrup?
I haven’t tried it with this exact recipe, but I do often use maple syrup in my baking, so I say go for it! Enjoy!
Can I substitute the rolled oats for Almond flour? If so, how much would 2 cups rolled oats be equal to?
Hi! I wouldn’t just substitute almond flour, as the texture will turn out quite a bit different and possibly too dry. You could use a gluten-free all-purpose flour swap, though!
Eager to try these? If using oat flour instead of rolled oats, how much should be used to equal 2 cups of rolled oats? Thanks
Hi Lisa! 2 cups of rolled oats is about 1 1/2 cups of oat flour. Enjoy the recipe!
I think I found my new favorite oatmeal muffins recipe. They look absolutely incredible, and I can’t wait to make a big batch of them this week!
I love that you used oat flour here. It’s a such a lovely family treat – healthy and sweet with bits of chocolate inside… PERFECT! I can’t wait to make this.
