Ingredients list for peanut butter chocolate protein cookies.

Protein Powder – I love using this plant-based vanilla protein powder (opens in a new tab) in this recipe, but pretty much any type of protein powder will work. Plant-based chocolate protein powder is a great choice, too!

Whole Wheat or Oat Flour – A little bit of whole wheat or oat flour (opens in a new tab) work great in this recipe. You can always use all-purpose flour, too!

Baking Soda/Salt/Vanilla – Essentials for making the best protein cookies!

Coconut Oil – Don’t have coconut oil (opens in a new tab) on hand? Butter or vegetable oil is an option as well.

Eggs – Easily make this recipe vegan by using a flax egg if necessary.

Maple Syrup – These protein cookies are sweetened with maple syrup or honey.

Peanut Butter – I love the creamy flavors of peanut butter in these cookies! You can also use almond butter or cashew butter.

Chocolate Chips – These dairy-free dark chocolate chips (opens in a new tab) are a total must!

Take these to the next level by sprinkling a tiny bit of sea salt on top of each cookie before baking!
