  • Rolled Oats
  • Almond Flour (opens in a new tab) – Oat flour is another great option.
  • Chopped Walnuts – Chopped pecans are delicious, too!
  • Coconut Oil – Or butter for more flavor.
  • Cinnamon
  • Splash of Almond Milk -Just a little bit helps to bring this crumble recipe together and soften the granola a bit.
  • Maple Syrup – Add more or less to sweeten to taste.
  • Vanilla Greek Yogurt – Easily make this dairy-free with a plant-based yogurt, instead!
  • Apple – I love using fresh apples, but this can also be made with apple pie filling! Honeycrisp, gala, pink lady apples, or granny smith apples are all delicious.

Tips

  • You can bake the oatmeal crumble in the oven or an air fryer (opens in a new tab) for a crispier texture.
  • Feel free to replace the yogurt with vanilla ice cream, if desired!
