How to Make Maple Cinnamon Pecan Overnight Oats
With just 5 minutes prep time, you’ll have a healthy, cozy breakfast ready to grab straight from the fridge the next morning. Here’s how to make these easy Maple Cinnamon Pecan Overnight Oats:
- Mix the Oats: Divide the rolled oats, almond butter, cinnamon, vanilla, maple syrup, Greek yogurt, and milk into two jars (I love these pretty mugs for overnight oats! (opens in a new tab)).
- Refrigerate Overnight: Give each jar a good stir, pop the lids on, and refrigerate overnight.
- Add the Pecan Topping (Optional): In the morning, combine the almond butter, molasses, and brown sugar for a rich, pie-inspired topping. Microwave it for about 10-15 seconds to make it spreadable!
- Top with Pecans & Enjoy: Spread the topping over the oats and sprinkle with pecan halves for a deliciously nutty crunch. So yummy!

Recipe Tips
Adjust Sweetness: If you like it extra sweet, add an extra drizzle of maple syrup or a sprinkle of brown sugar to the oats.
Microwave for Warmth: For warm overnight oats, microwave the oats in a microwave-safe bowl for 30–45 seconds before adding the topping.
Nut Butter Swap: Feel free to swap almond butter for your favorite nut or seed butter (peanut, cashew, or sunflower seed) for a flavor twist.
Topping: Adjust the macros by adding a drizzle of almond butter and chopped pecans instead of using the entire topping, or feel free to just mix in chopped pecans and omit the topping altogether.

Hi, Panna! The calorie amount is for 1 serving. I hope you enjoy the recipe!
Love overnight oats made with keifer!! I haven’t seen Nancy’s brand, but I’ll keep a look out for it. Is your version really sweet? I don’t do artificial sweeteners, but I’m not sure it would really need it with the maple syrup. How sweet is the end result?
Me too, Renee! I’m really loving Nancy’s brand, it’s SO good. I would say it’s fairly sweet and that you could leave out the stevia! And if it isn’t sweet enough, you can always add a little bit of extra maple syrup. I hope you enjoy the recipe!
Oh, these overnight oats look PERFECT! While it hasn’t quite felt like fall in Dallas, either, it IS cooling off, and I love these flavors of the season!
Thanks so much, Erin! 🙂
I’ve yet to try overnight oats, but these sound really good. All the flavors you used are perfect for Fall and taste really good together. Maybe I should give them a try!
They’re delicious, Kimberly! You should definitely try them out! 🙂
