Has anyone tried these without eggs? I’m allergic. =( I can’t have flax either.
Hey Bonnie, I haven’t tried it with this recipe personally but I do know that 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce per egg or 1/4 cup yogurt per egg can be used as a substitution in baked goods. I’ve also heard you can use 3 Tablespoons aquafaba (the liquid from canned chickpeas) per egg as well. I hope one of those works well for you! Enjoy!
I love baking with oat flour, can’t wait to try these brownies. They look amazing!
This recipe sounds like something fun to make with my children. Love how easy it is to make. All I need now is ice cream.
These brownies look so rich and fudgy, I’d never guess they were healthy for you too! Definitely making these for our Valentine’s evening celebration!
What a great way to incorporate Detox into a recipe! I’m making these tonight so I can enjoy them all week long.
