What you need for Healthy Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
The flour
We used white whole wheat flour (opens in a new tab) in this recipe because it has a milder flavor than whole wheat flour. We also added in a small amount of oat flour! (opens in a new tab) However, feel free to substitute the flour with whole wheat or regular all-purpose flour.

I made these! Super tasty. I put slightly less cinnamon in however as a tbsp seemed like so much! They still had quite a strong cinnamon flavour so I’d say a tsp or less would be fine to avoid overpowering the flavour. I also browned the butter first 🙂
