How to Make Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats (in 5 Minutes)

It truly doesn’t get any easier than these Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats! Here’s how to make them in 5 minutes or less:

  1. Mix rolled oats, nut butter, plant-based milk, maple syrup, and Greek yogurt together in mason jars.
  2. Add fresh or frozen strawberries to each jar, add the lids, and refrigerate overnight.
  3. In the morning, add a generous sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs and enjoy!

Tips for Meal-Prepping Strawberry Overnight Oats

  • You can store them in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
  • Yes – you can freeze these oats! Although they won’t have the same texture that they would when stored in the fridge, they’re still delicious. Just wait to add the graham cracker crumbs right before enjoying!
  • You can actually use any fruit, all types of berries would work really well.
  • Adjust the amount of maple syrup and graham cracker crumbs to sweeten to taste.
  • Want to add more protein? Feel free to add up to 2 Tablespoons of protein powder to each mason jar!
  • I love the graham cracker crumbs because they really make this recipe taste like cheesecake! But you can omit them or add in granola instead if desired.

Cheesecake for Breakfast, Is This Healthy?

Yes, yes, yes! The best part about these overnight oats is that they are healthy. They’re made with rolled oats that are full of fiber, nut butter which is full of healthy fats, and plant-based milk which is rich in vitamin E and a good source of calcium. There’s also Greek yogurt in these cheesecake overnight oats, which is high in protein!

Fresh strawberries and maple syrup are also natural sweeteners that are full of flavor, so you can’t go wrong there. So YES – cheesecake for breakfast, please (or snack, or dessert, or anytime)!

Do You Eat Overnight Oats Hot or Cold?

Overnight oats are eaten cold because they’re left overnight in the fridge, where they soak up all the delicious flavors and become creamy and comforting. They’re great because you can just grab and go in the morning when you’re in a rush or you have a healthy snack waiting for you in the fridge when you need one.

If you do want to eat them warm you can heat them in the microwave although the texture will be softer.

Easy Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats Last 3-4 Days in the Refrigerator

Overnight oats can be prepped ahead of time and stored for 3-4 days in the refrigerator or up to 3 months in the freezer! If frozen, place them in the fridge to thaw out the night before.

I’m not usually an overnight oats fan but say strawberry cheesecake and I’m IN. Will be making one little substitution (yogurt) being dairy free, but otherwise I’m very excited to try this.
