Welcome to my latest obsession: overnight oats that taste like dessert! I recently made these Banana Coconut Cream Pie Overnight Oats and Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats, and now these Creamy Peach Overnight Oats have joined the chat. And take it from me: they are SO good. I’ve always been obsessed with overnight oats, but these peach oats have truly taken things to another level! Simply combine the ingredients together in mason jars (or layer them), add a lid, and store overnight in the fridge. You can even make them up to 3 days ahead of time!

In the morning they’re ready to literally just grab and go. These cold, creamy, peachy oats are truly perfect for these hot summer days!

What You’ll Need

  • Rolled Oats
  • Almond Butter (opens in a new tab) (or cashew butter)
  • Cashew Milk (or any plant-based milk)
  • Maple Syrup
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Peach (sliced)
  • Granola or Graham Cracker Crumbs (optional)

How to Make Peach Overnight Oats

There are two ways to make peach overnight oats: mix it all together, or layer the ingredients! Both methods are super quick and easy. Here’s how to make this Peaches n’ Cream Overnight Oats recipe:

Mixed Method

  1. Divide rolled oats, almond butter, cashew milk, maple syrup, and Greek yogurt into two separate mason jars or containers.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Add peach slices and granola or graham cracker crumbs (optional).
  4. Add airtight lids to each jar and store in the fridge overnight.
  5. Enjoy in the morning!

Layer Method

Want to layer these oats (like in the photos)? Here’s how to make them:

  1. Divide the rolled oats and cashew milk into two separate mason jars or containers.
  2. Add a layer of almond butter, then a layer of yogurt on top of each jar.
  3. Pour the maple syrup over the yogurt and add toppings (peach and granola).
  4. Add airtight lids to each jar and store in the fridge overnight.
  5. Enjoy in the morning!

Freezing Overnight Oats

    These were AMAZING!!! So, rich and creamy. I want to eat these every day!! I might try them with strawberries next time! I also added 1/2 scoop of whey protein to each.
