With only 6 ingredients, no raw eggs, or cream cheese, this easy easy Cookie Dough Dip comes together so quickly! Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Plain Greek Yogurt – To make the recipe dairy-free, simply substitute with coconut or soy yogurt.
  • Oat Flour – I LOVE the flavor oat flour (opens in a new tab) gives to this dip. If you don’t have any on hand, add 1/4 cup plus 1 Tablespoon of rolled oats to a blender or food processor and blend until it’s a fine powder. You can also use almond flour as a substitute!
  • Almond Butter – Substitute with equal amounts of the nut butter of your choice, or make the recipe nut-free by using granola butter (opens in a new tab) (SO good) or sunbutter.
  • Vanilla – Vanilla extract adds flavor that makes the dip taste more like cookie dough. Adjust the amount to your taste.
  • Maple Syrup – The sweetening level can easily be adjusted. Start with half the amount called for in the recipe and add more as you like!
  • Mini Chocolate Chips – I prefer the mini chips (opens in a new tab) in this dip so you can get more bits of chocolate with each bite. You can also use a chopped chocolate bar.

This healthy protein snack recipe is SO easy to make! One bowl and a large spoon is all you need to whip up this tasty dip in just a few minutes. Here’s how to make Cookie Dough Dip:

  1. Combine all of the measured ingredients into a medium bowl.
  2. Stir well until all of the ingredients are combined and incorporated.
  3. Serve immediately or store it in the fridge until you’re ready to eat!
  4. Make sure you stir it well before serving.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Dip
Use peanut butter instead of almond butter. You can even add an extra tablespoon of mini chocolate chips on top for even more chocolatey goodness!

Monster Cookie Dough Dip
Stir in a tablespoon or two of mini M&Ms along with the chocolate chips for a fun, colorful version. My kids love this twist!

Double Chocolate Cookie Dough Dip
Add 1-2 teaspoons of cocoa powder to the mix for a chocolate cookie dough vibe. You may want to add a tiny splash of milk if needed to keep it creamy.

Snickerdoodle Cookie Dough Dip
Skip the chocolate chips and add a sprinkle of cinnamon instead. Top with a little cinnamon sugar for a cozy, sweet twist!

Protein Cookie Dough Dip
Mix in a scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder to boost the protein even more. Add a tiny splash of milk to help thin it out.

Nut-Free Cookie Dough Dip
Swap the almond butter or peanut butter for sunflower seed butter for a delicious nut-free option.

Dessert Dip Platter
I love serving this dip with sliced apples, strawberries, banana slices, pretzels, graham crackers, or gluten-free cookies for the ultimate sweet snack board!

Store Cookie Dough Dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 5-7 days, or the freezer for up to 1 month. If you freeze it, be sure to let it thaw for a few minutes, then stir well before enjoying!

I made these for a movie night and my family loved it! We dipped salted pretzels because we love sweet and salty snacks. Delicious!
