5 Simple Ingredients

Cantaloupe – Fresh ripe cantaloupe or frozen cantaloupe cubes work great in this recipe!

Frozen Banana – Frozen banana slices are best to make the smoothie cold, thick, and icy. Slice up a banana and freeze it the night before or buy frozen bananas at the store!

Milk – I used regular milk, but any type of milk should work! Cashew milk, (opens in a new tab) almond milk, oat milk, (opens in a new tab) soy or coconut milk are all delicious in this recipe. Don’t have milk on hand? Orange juice tastes amazing, too!

Yogurt – Plain greek yogurt or whole milk yogurt are perfect for this recipe. You can also use a sweetened or flavored yogurt, but beware of aritifial sweeteners in yogurts that can add an aftertaste to your smoothie!

Ice Cubes – Add ice cubes to your heart’s desire for an extra-cold, thick smoothie!

TIP: Easily make this smoothie recipe dairy-free & vegan by using plant-based milk and yogurt options!
