  • 4 cups spinach
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any type of milk)
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder (opens in a new tab)
  • 2 medium frozen bananas, sliced (about 1 3/4 cups)
  • 1-2 cup ice cubes

    This was good and really refreshing! It wasn’t as sweet as I would have liked though.
