What You’ll Need for This Iced Peppermint Mocha Starbucks Copycat

You’ll only need a few simple ingredients to make this easy healthy peppermint mocha recipe! Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Espresso – I love using these Iced Espresso Coffee Pods (opens in a new tab) in my Nespresso Machine for iced coffee drinks. However, any type of brewed espresso (or even instant powdered espresso) will work great!
  • Cocoa Powder – Adds that signature chocolate flavor while keeping things a bit healthier than using syrup or sauce.
  • Maple Syrup – I love using this natural sweetener in coffee recipes! Feel free to adjust the amount to taste.
  • Peppermint Extract (opens in a new tab) – A little goes a long way—just a dash gives you that cool, minty flavor.
  • Milk (of your choice) – Use whatever milk you love, from regular to almond, oat, or coconut milk.
