How to Make Zucchini Noodles

If you’ve never had zucchini noodles (or zoodles) before, don’t worry. You can often find them at the grocery store or very easily make them yourself! If you’re making them, the only tool you’ll need is a handheld spiralizer (opens in a new tab) (or a tabletop spiralizer (opens in a new tab)). Simply cut the end off of one side of the zucchini, then place it on the spiralizer and twist. Continue to turn the zucchini until the entire thing is spiraled!

This recipe is AMAZING! I never leave reviews but felt I needed to for this. It’s definitely going to be added to the dinner rotation. Even my kids who don’t really like zucchini got 2nds. Truly delicious!

This Healthy Shrimp Scampi looks absolutely delicious! I love the idea of using zucchini noodles instead of pasta. Can’t wait to try this recipe – it’s the perfect way to enjoy a lighter version of a classic dish. Thanks for sharing!

I actually made this recipe, and it is absolutely DELICIOUS!!!! I made the recipe exactly as published then added a diced fresh tomato that needed to be used before it spoiled. My husband went back for seconds, which is a rarity. After eating, he confessed he was not super excited about the spiralized zucchini noodles but was happy to be wrong, they were delicious. My 13-year-old son requested it be put in the weekly rotation. This is one of those rare healthy versions where you do not miss the original. My one other note is in regard to the chicken broth. I use Better Than Bouillon and tend to make it a little stronger than the directions call for. This makes for a little more depth of flavor.
