Cody’s going to hate me for posting this photo of him, but I’m going to anyway because you need to see the proof of how loved these bars were in our household. He LOVED them! This photo was taken right before we went to kickboxing and both nearly passed out due to the toughest workout of our lives. More on that later.

These definitely make a wonderful and easy breakfast, but they’re also a great pre-workout snack! Just look at that deliciousness….

How to Make Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Bars

Ok so, I know what you’re wondering. How do you make the yogurt bars? WELL, let me tell ya. You don’t! These are Outshine Simply Yogurt Bars, and you can find them at Safeway, Target, or Mollie Stones (check out their store locator HERE for other stores).

That’s right: just grab a box of these, add honey, granola, and other desired toppings, refreeze for a few minutes and DONE. Deliciously frozen breakfast or healthy snack ready to go!

These bars are made out of 100% yogurt. Outshine also carries fruit bars that are made from real fruit and would taste delicious with this combo, too. No joke y’all, there’s nothing like the frozen, creamy, fruity deliciousness that is these Outshine bars! Head over to their homepage or give ’em a follow on Instagram to learn more.

Ohhh, I’ve never had a yogurt bar before.

And I just ate a big helping of lasagna, so yogurt sounds right about now. 🙂

P.S. Kudos on the beautiful photos.
