Where do I even begin with these Roasted Radish, Arugula, & Havarti Pita Bread Pizzas? All I know is that I’m in LOVE. Soft baked pita bread, creamy Havarti cheese, oven roasted radish slices and arugula. AMAZING. I could probably eat a million of these!

You guys KNOW my pizza addiction. Mostly a problem, but the best problem ever. I’m pretty much 100% always craving pizza! If I didn’t care about nutrition at all, I could literally eat pizza every night for dinner. I’m gonna need my fellow pizza-crazy healthy eaters to say hi! (opens in a new tab) Tell me I’m not the only one?
Thankfully, these pita bread pizzas are better-for-you, less calories, and still completely delicious (dare I say more than regular pizza?!?!). And and and and they only take 10 minutes to make!!! Yeah. Go ahead and have a dance party, girl. That’s worth celebrating. Similar to the 10-Minute Margherita Pita Bread Pizzas, (opens in a new tab) all you have to do is slice a few veggies, top some pita bread (opens in a new tab) with delicious cheesy goodness, add pretty much anything else you want, and bake it for 10 minutes. The possibilities, y’all!
In other words, if you fit this description: the busy girl that doesn’t have time to cook and by the time you get home all you want is carbolicious pizza but you’re trying to stay healthy and stick to a nutrition plan. If you are ALL of that (as am I….), these little pita bread pizzas are for you! And anyway, just look at this goodness….

…this amazing, amazing, amazing melt-in-your-mouth cheesy stringy GET IN MY FACE RIGHT NOW situation. SO good.

I just got some radish in my produce box and am always at a loss as to what to do with them, but this looks so yummy!
This is SO pretty, cannot wait to make this.
What interesting flavors and pizza toppings. I never tried roasted radishes. I will definitely put this pizza on my list to try. Yum!
I would love to eat this pizza when it’s raining, I don’t why but it looks so delicious with crunching bread that I’d love to just sit down and enjoy it slowly watching the rain.
This was absolutely delicious! I made one for my grazing table the other day when I had friends over and it was such a hit! Love roasted radish. So underrated.
