Get Ready for the New Year with Instant Pot Black Eyed Peas!

One of my favorite ways to celebrate the first of the year is with the classic tradition of black eyed peas! This is a tradition that Cody grew up with, so over recent years we’ve started making them on January 1st. Personally, I love making them in the Instant Pot (opens in a new tab) because it’s incredibly easy and results in hearty, soft, smoky black eyed peas that are just perfect. This is truly one of my favorite wholesome recipes not only for the new year, but also for these colder winter months ahead!
