Tips for Making the Best Dragon Fruit Bowl

  • You can always use fresh or frozen fruit, but it’s recommended to use frozen fruit to thicken the smoothie.
  • A frozen banana will help give this smoothie bowl a thick and cool texture. If you forget to freeze a banana, use a fresh one and add extra ice!
  • You can also freeze coconut milk into ice cubes for an extra tropical flavor in this smoothie.
  • Top with any fresh fruit, nuts, or seeds you like.
  • I used plain Greek yogurt, but you can use your favorite yogurt!
