Heating up the avocado pasta sauce
As you pour the sauce over the warm pasta, it will naturally heat up a little bit. Serve immediately!

Ingredients
- 1 large avocado
- 1/2 cup spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup olive oil (opens in a new tab)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cashew milk
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt/pepper (to taste)

Are these normal spinach leaves or baby spinach? Does the normal spinach need to be blanched ?

Can you use frozen spinach?
I haven’t tried it, but I don’t think I would recommend it since the texture is pretty different. I would stick to fresh if possible!
