Protein Brownie Bites that are the perfect little sweet treat! Whether you're making these as a healthy snack or mini dessert, these mini protein brownies are melt-in-your-mouth good. Made with 5 simple ingredients, this recipe is refined sugar-free, gluten-free, contains no flour, and dairy-free/vegan. I love prepping these mini brownie bites and having them on hand for whenever I'm craving chocolate!
In a large mixing bowl (or in a food processor), mash the banana until it's as smooth as possible.
Mix in the cocoa powder, baking powder, chocolate protein powder, and almond butter.
Use a spoon to fill a mini muffins pan (silicone or with liners) with the brownie batter.
Spoon granola butter or nut butter over each muffin, then add chocolate chips.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Let cool for 5 minutes, then remove from the muffin pan and enjoy!

Tips:
This recipe can make 20 mini brownies or 10-12 medium brownies in a regular muffin tin.
Another option is to bake these in an 8x8" baking pan (lined with parchment paper) and cut into squares!
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4-5 days! You can also freeze these brownies for up to 3 months. To thaw, simply place in the fridge for a few hours or pop them in the microwave for a few seconds.
