Here’s what you need for this recipe:
- Coffee or Espresso – Personally, I LOVE using my Nespresso machine (opens in a new tab) for everyday lattes and coffee. It’s so easy to use! Both a Nespresso Lungo shot (opens in a new tab) or regular brewed coffee work great in this recipe.
- Oat Milk – This Extra Creamy Oat Milk (opens in a new tab) is truly my favorite for coffee recipes. It’s so yummy! However, almond milk, cashew milk, or any type of plant-based milk works great.
- Raw Sugar – Any type of raw or plain sugar is perfect for this recipe. Honey or agave are great options, as well!
- Collagen Peptides – Plain, unflavored collagen peptides (opens in a new tab) are my favorite for this recipe. However, flavored mixes (like this Vanilla (opens in a new tab) one) also work wonderfully!
