    My husband and I both compete in triathlons during the summer so in order to prep for that we have both moved into the more intense phase of training which involves a lot of swimming, biking and running. It’s a lot of work but SO worth it!

    I’m getting ready by walking and running outside more 🙂 When the weather is nicer and the sun is shining, hard to justify running on an indoor treadmill.

    I’ve been getting ready by getting in shape – walking daily at least 10,000 steps 5 days a week. I even walk on my lunch hour. I’ve also been using lots of lotion a few times a day as my skin gets extremely dry in the winter.

    I am shaking up my fitness for spring by doing a dedicated, choreographed 30 day workout via my streaming fitness subscription. Normally I do my workouts in splits rather than whole body workouts and I have never done a dedicated program of any length.

    I’m not really doing anything to get ready for the warmer weather.
    I already run about 8 or 9 miles every morning, I don’t eat any processed foods and drink plenty of water so I think I’m good to go on all that. 🙂

    But the dry skin. 🙁 I forget to moisturize like I should and poof! dry skin! It’s mostly my hands so I’ll need to work on that.
